Our guests couldn't stop raving about our wedding, with many of them saying it was the best they had ever attended. What sets Caroline apart is her willingness to go above and beyond. She took on tasks outside of her obligations, such as storing bridesmaids' gifts and party favors and coordinating the kilt and tux returns for our guests traveling overseas, all to ensure we had less to worry about during our travel to Scotland.

Where do I even begin with Caroline? From the very first phone call, she brought a sense of calm, creativity, and complete confidence to our wedding planning journey. Not to forget absolute boss lady vibes. Planning a marquee wedding comes with its fair share of challenges—weather worries, logistics, suppliers—but Caroline handled every detail with such grace and precision that we were left to simply enjoy the process (and the big day!).

I don’t think I could ever find the words to thank Caroline enough for the effort, planning and absolute love that she put in to our wedding day.
I knew from the very start that Caroline was the perfect person who I could share my vision with and she absolutely made it come to life!
I can’t believe how lucky we were to have Caroline plan our perfect day, and I honestly know our day wouldn’t have been as amazing as it was without her help every step of the way.
One of the many reasons that I loved Caroline & her service was her absolute eye for detail - everything was perfection from start to finish, and nothing was too much of ask from her!
The lead up to our wedding was totally stress free and I honestly think this was down to Caroline, her prep, communication, timelines and having peace of mind that she had everything in place for our special day. I really enjoyed the whole wedding process on the lead up soo much because of this.

Our wedding was flawless thanks to Caroline.
Feeling extremely stressed and overwhelmed with wedding planning we contacted The Creative Occasion only a few months before our day, Caroline immediately made us feel relaxed, and from then on with her help we were able to enjoy the process.
No detail was overlooked, Caroline’s work ethic is faultless, she has an eye for detail, especially for the small things we didn’t think about that made big impact and brought our styling together. Quickly we realised there was more to planning a wedding than booking some suppliers so we relied on Caroline more than we first thought and nothing was too much to ask. Caroline’s organisation skills are exceptional, it was very easy to trust that everything was in hand and even when we asked the same question 100 times or Caroline had to prompt us 100 times, her positive attitude and high energy never faltered.
On the day of the wedding, Caroline was super professional, calm, reassuring, and made us feel like her only job was to make sure we were having a good time, while in the background she coordinated all our suppliers and the entire running of day from preparations until after our first dance seamlessly.
Caroline was definitely the one detail of our day we never thought we needed, but if we were to do it again, she would be the first person we’d book. We enjoyed every step of the way working with her and can’t thank her enough for the effort she put in to make our day so special and one that we could enjoy stress free.
