Our On the Day Coordination service is perfect for couples who’ve organised everything themselves but want a trusted professional to ensure it all runs smoothly. From managing your suppliers and completely finishing touches and set-up, to keeping the timeline on track and solving any last-minute hiccups, we’ll be there to oversee every aspect behind the scenes.

• 4-6 weeks before your big day, timelines, notes, wedding day details and vendor communication are handed over to an expert
• Up to two in-person or virtual meetings ahead of the wedding day
• A wedding planner on-site to coordinate for twelve hours on the day, ensuring your day runs smoothly and on time

• Creation of a final, more detailed, on-the-day schedule

Investment Includes:
• A short questionnaire in advance to ensure the session is efficient and tailored to your needs.
• A focused one-to-one consultation, typically 60–120 minutes, held via Zoom. The session is led by your priorities and may cover:
Vision & Style, defining or refining the look and feel of the wedding.
Planning Guidance, where to start, timeline guidance and budget allocation tips.
Problem-Solving, helping couples who feel overwhelmed, stuck on decisions or unsure if their ideas “work”
Supplier Recommendations, aligned within your style and budget
• Practical, honest advice whilst giving realistic ways for you to achieve your vision.
