ON THE DAY COORDINATION
You’ve spent months planning every detail, now it’s time to hand over the reins and fully enjoy the day you’ve worked so hard to create.
Our On the Day Coordination service is perfect for couples who’ve organised everything themselves but want a trusted professional to ensure it all runs smoothly. From managing your suppliers and completely finishing touches and set-up, to keeping the timeline on track and solving any last-minute hiccups, we’ll be there to oversee every aspect behind the scenes.

• 4-6 weeks before your big day, timelines, notes, wedding day details and vendor communication are handed over to an expert
• Up to two in-person or virtual meetings ahead of the wedding day
• A wedding planner on-site to coordinate for twelve hours on the day, ensuring your day runs smoothly and on time
• Management of all vendors
• Creation of a final, more detailed, on-the-day schedule
• Completing finishing touches and set-up
• Ceremony rehearsal

VENUE DESIGN & STYLING
This package is perfect for couples who are finding it difficult to visualise their day and need help to style their wedding venue.

CREATING THE LOOK AND FEEL OF YOUR DAY
Investment Includes:
• Full support with wedding design and styling every step of the way
• Regular design meetings, including an inspiration session
• Moodboard including design concepts, flowers, colour palettes and the overall look and feel of your day
• Provision of all prop hire from inventory (specific props can be sourced for an additional charge)
• Bespoke on-the-day stationery and signage including welcome signs, table plans, menus, table numbers and place name settings
• Welcome & Entrance feature styling
• Ceremony styling
• Table Plan & Order of the Day styling
• Wedding Breakfast styling - top table & guest tables (including, napkins, runners, charger plates, candles, candle stick holders, vases etc)
• Other styling areas including gift table, in-loving memory table and cake/dessert table etc
•Set up on the day, ceremony turnaround (if applicable) & take-down or collection the following day
• Access to our online wedding planning platform
• Outsourcing items from other suppliers to suit your design specifications
• Liaising with relevant suppliers including florist, stationer & venue
• On-site visit at the venue to walk through plans
Wedding Day Management can be added on to our Venue Design & Styling package.

If any packages are booked after an Inspiration Session, £150 is deducted from the service price.
